I would like to hire a Programmer

I am a researcher who is looking to re-build an online face training program for people with face-blindness (prosopagnosia). A single 'trial' consists of 3 faces presented on the screen, and users must select which of the bottom 2 faces most resembles the top face. Users are presented with a green tick if they answer correctly. The images on the next trial change depending on if the user answers correctly or incorrectly in a "staircase" procedure. Approximately 200 trials are presented in a single session, with users completing 3 sessions a week for 11 weeks. There are 11 different training sessions which the administrators would assign on a week-by-week basis to each user independently. There will be a maximum of approximately 10 users at any one time. More details on the training program can be found from our paper on the link below (p6, "face training protocol"), and I can take anyone interested on a virtual tour of our current online program to better understand what is required prior to any decision to take this project on. (Note: the current program will be available to download and edit if you prefer to edit the existing one rather than start from scratch; however, I suspect most people would prefer to start from scratch).
