We are a retail company with 100+ locations in the Philippines. We are currently using OSTicket, an open source ticketing software, to streamline our internal issue tracking. We recently upgraded to the newer versions which has some bugs we'd like to resolve:

1. 3rd party wysiwyg editor has issue pasting images made via print screen (windows)

2. Exporting tickets only exports 2 records

3. Closed tickets become unassigned when reopened (instead of assigned to last assignee)

Further customizations we have planned:

1. Improve reporting capability to show time to resolve tickets

2. Add canned responses for end users to enter into ticket description

3. Knowledgebase - enable users to comment

4. Advanced ticket search by help topic subcategory
