Write a program comparing car values and e mailing the list.

Hey All, I am in need of a program that compares car prices from Craigslist postings to the values of the same, year, make, model and miles from this program [login to view URL] How it will work. Each day the program will look at all of the craiglists car listings in certain zip codes that we can specify. It then logs all the important data from the listings such as year, make, model and miles. It compares all of this data to the car values from this program [login to view URL] We are looking for specific correlations between the data. When the requirements we set are met and we have a "match" then it will automatically send an e mail from our autoresponder to the owner of the car from Craiglist.
