I need a piece of software that can achieve the following:
1) import feedback from google places and yelp to my website - every time there's a feedback on Google or Yelp, I need my website to check for new feedback on those sites weekly and import them to the testimonials section
2) create an email that I can send to my clients that will ask them if they would recommend our service to a friend - if they click on yes, it would detect to see if they have a google account, if they do, would bring them to one of my google places I designate so they can leave feedback, if no google account, they'll fill out the review form and their review will appear on the testimonials section of my website - if they click on No, they will not recommend business to a friend, it'll bring them to a web form on my page where they can fill out a questionnaire and then I get emailed their responses
3) create a web form for the section about where if the client clicks on no they will not recommend my service to a friend, the web form will ask them several questions about their experience... for now, the questions can be generic, such as rating the driver, rating the vehicle, rating the overall service, and then a comment section where they can type what the problem was
