I have two cheese production lines with various pieces of equipment to cut and package the cheese. They contain various control systems from Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, and proprietary systems. We currently have no remote telemetry aside from VNC to the Beckhoff IPCs. I am open to proposals on how I can bring all of this data up into a manufacturing database (SQL) and a centralized HMI/SCADA.
