I need you to supply any small fittings, supply lines, traps or valves that typically don’t come in retail packages, install each fixture, bring it up to code, and pressure-test for leaks. Please level, caulk and secure each unit, replace any faulty shut-off valves you find, and leave the work area clean with all packaging removed. The home is accessible weekdays 8 AM–5 PM; once you start, I’d like the job wrapped up within three days.
