I am looking to develop a Model Driven or Canvas app for a Logistics business that will have both a Web Portal for back office team and Mobile App for the field team.
Back-end team receives instructions from our customers to deliver packages to their locations. But instead of picking and dropping directly like last-mile delivery apps, the items will be brought to our warehouses and sorted, segregated and sent to the field in our own vehicles. To help achieve this, the app will have a
1. Order entry / excel upload / direct API with customer systems
2. Warehouse & Vehicle module to help move inventory between points, and from/to vehicles
3. Vehicle Scheduling
4. Delivery tracking (Planned time vs Actual time)
5. For two of the above functions we need additional components
5.a. AI based pdf data capture for point 1
5.b. Google OR based Route Optimization and Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Time windows for point 3
6. We need a reports editor module where our customers can drag and drop various fields and generate their own operational reports
On the Mobile app, we need either a PWA or a native Android app that will allow our field team to
1. Receive the list of deliveries
2. Mark the deliveries as complete
3. Geotag , Geofence these transactions
4. Provide Inventory report
5. Provide Attendance and Expense claiming
6. Provide basic fleet management features like Starting / Stopping Time and Kilometers, Fuel, repairs etc
We expect the solution providers to have experience in all or at least all of the following
1. MS PowerApps
2. MS PowerAutomate
3. MS DataVerse or SQL
4. Google Maps, Operations Research Tools and Capacitated Vehicle Routing integration with PowerApps
5. Desktop client integrations for scanning and RFID
6. PowerApps AI based Invoice Processing / Document Processing
7. PowerBI integrations for reports
