I need a Prestashop basic payment module.

I will use it for offline payments option, like cash deposit in Bank, Western union and others.

The basic requirements are:

1) I should be able to upload a logo for the payment option.

2) When the customer selects the payment option it have to how them instructions in how to proceed with the payment. That text must be able to be edited by me at any moment. also be able to add a link to an external page on that description.

PHP Version being used: 7.2.19

Prestashop Version: 1.7.5.2
