Badge reel with build in OEM iBeacon

Hi, in Saninudge we are looking for an engineering company to build and manufacture a badge reel with a build in iBeacon. The iBeacon should be a standard OEM so you won't have to design or manufacture the ibeacon. It is only the badge reel that needs to be designed to enclose the ibeacon while still acting as a badge reel.
We have all the iBeacons on stock. A sample will be shipped to you when you are awarded the job. Once ready for production the remaining 5.000 beacons will be shipped to you for manufacturing.
You will have to design a badge reel similar to the attached picture. The iBeacon must be placed similarly to the description.
You will also be responsible for management of the manufacturing (3rd part optional) of the iBeacon badge reel. We will order 5.000 pcs up front and the total cost per badge reel must not exceed $2 excl the iBeacon (which we provide).
A completed task will be the delivery of 5,000 badge reel beacons.
