Design me a Product

I need a simple audio sensor based counter with a display / read out port. I can only discuss details through the NDA...but the basic premise is as follows: 1. The counter would be placed in a chamber with windows. The chamber would be in a noisy environment 2. The chamber is installed with an in-built hooter / alarm sounding device 3. The alarms blows at irregular intervals / randomly but distinctly loud 4. The counter may be kept in proximity to the alarm 5. The counter would be sensing the sound from the alarm and keeping a count with date, time stamp 6. If possible, it should also measure the intensity of the alarm in decibels 7. The count has to be displayed through a digital display 8. There should be an option to readout the data through a port for generating MIS reports / analysis 9. The counter should be self-sufficient on power for up to 10 years The developer would have to engage with me end to end - starting with putting down the initial design inputs, specification, approach, verification, validation, testing and prototyping. While, Indians may be preferred, location is not a major criteria. Please submit your resumes and design experience / credentials. It would require detailed interaction with each before, short listing someone. Your proposals and bids must cover for end to end cost including materials and test setups along with your own Engineering fee.
