Facebook Invite All Online Program (Groups, Fan Page, Events)

I need anyone on their cellphone to be able to go to a website click a button and have it automatically invite all their friends to an event page, group or fan page on facebook. This could be a java script action or they could log into their facebook from the website and the script automatically invites their friends. Please let me know if this is possible. I have uploaded some examples of google chrome programs and javascript coding that does allow you to complete this task.
