As I understand it, your project includes the following deliverables: 1 - PCB Design (Built on Altium) 2 - code for esp32 (including any used library) 3 - Bill of Material (with AliExpress links for reference) Not included: 1 - Web Server REST API 2 - Shipping of any type of hardware Additional considerations: 1 - Did you plan the control and programming logic between the sensors and the controllers? (example: temperature > X ---> Defrost ON) Otherwise, we can plan it togheter 2 - Maximum PCB dimensions. If you have a predefined Case for the application, the project would already be planned for that size.
