Hi, From the description of the project, it seems you need a UI that allows you to parse spreadsheets automatically in a convenient way. I have actually done similar work in the past and it should be fairly straight forward. I'd expect most of the work to be in the design of the UI and how you would like to interact with the program. I can definitely get this done in a few days, plus a few more days to work on a design that would be appealing to you.

Hi, The best way to deal with your data is to use scripts/commands and not UI. I can build appropriate scripts and/or commands and explain them to you. Just in case your requirements change in the future, you can easily modify the scripts yourself. You won't have to pay anyone in that case. On the other hand, if you get an UI built, you will have to again pay someone to make small changes. My clients include Microsoft, Citrix, Commvault & Veritas.
