I would like to hire a Programmer

Hello my Name is Mohamed I am a young Entrepreneur on the rise. My Dream is to own the NO,1 most innovative company in the world. Currently I have taken a giant interest in mobile apps and they're growing market, I just need a programmer to help me bring my ideas to life. During the process of app creation, I would love to help the programmer who decides to work with me on everything, such as Skype calls when the app is in production and constant feedback and chat, I work as a team with someone I don't just let them do all the work. Here is my first Idea I would like to bring to life: Near Me (Temporary Name) Plan Requirements of App: ⦁ Effeciently use mobile data or wifi and GPS to locate location of user and people around them. ⦁ Back and front camera capability. ⦁ Ability to have photo or video profile media. ⦁ Locate other users regarding the user's proximity choices. ⦁ When user is located, shows a small version of their profile with a button dedicated to instant messaging. ⦁ In menu, user can choose how far other users have to be with a dedicated Kilometre (KM) counter. ⦁ Dedicated button to view facebook profile of users (This is for user's to decide if they want their profile's or not). ⦁ Be able to block abusive users. ⦁ Be able to report abusive users. Design: ⦁ User Friendly design. ⦁ User is greeted with the name of the app. ⦁ The name then gets smaller and smaller and the app automatically displays your location. ⦁ Two simple buttons, 'Profile' & 'Search' ⦁ Profile will display how your profile appears to other users, such as interests, photos and location. ⦁ Users can simply choose whether they want a profile picture or a video. ⦁ Search is the main attraction of the app as this is what gets you to choose how you interact with users as you can find people with same interests as you, or if you wanna try something new just search for a hobby you haven't tried before. Also the range you search for is in this menu. Colour Schemes: Green, Light blue, Aqua I really think these colours will fit an app of this caliber. Future Updates: ⦁ Reviews by users on other users ⦁ News Feed ⦁ Followers ⦁ Likes for photos Main UI: Geo Location and Uber have the Main UI we're going for. The end product should look something similar to this. A Circle that pushes out from your main location having hard edges but a transparent insideand fading at a certain distance will be the searching mechanism, sort of like pokemeon GO.
