Client Manager for Product Delivery Department

Qualifications: 1. Excellent Client Orientation Skills –Comfortable in Speaking to clients of any age and background - Can walk a client through a process and can break the process down to a level that will make it easier for the clients - Can help maintain and grow existing business with current clients - Can help clients better understand the full potential of our products - Can collaborate with different departments to enhance customer satisfaction - Can actively monitor clients to avoid and anticipate potential breakdowns / threats - Able to build harmonious and long-term relationships - Make the clients comfortable and feel taken care of in every aspect of the program 2. Strong written and spoken English communication and resolution skills 3. Resourceful with basic technical skills; 4. Great Team Player with High Organizational and Task Managing Skills; 5. Fast Learner with Keen Attention to Details and with Anticipation Skills; 6. Reliable, dependable and can work with minimal supervision 7. Experience in coaching/ counselling/ exposure to online marketing for coaches will be considered an advantage Job role includes but is not limited to: 1. Calls with clients routinely; 2. Replying to clients on emails and messages; 3. Organizing and being part of online meetings; 4. Creating accountability for clients. Someone with an experience working with life coaches or has worked in life coaching will be considered to have an edge among other candidates, though not required.
