I own a firm of accountants based in the UK.
I need to improve processes and job tracking.
I like the idea of setting up a Kanban tool with repeating tasks for year end accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll etc work.
I need someone to build a new "to do" list system for my business.
We have 13 users.
I would like a system like ToDoIst or a kanban tool.
But we need it to: - 1. Repeat start dates and deadline dates - for example: -
i, a year end accounts job that covers the period 1/4/18 - 31/3/19 has a deadline of 31/12/19. This job needs to repeat each year at 31/3 with a deadline of 31/12.
ii, or a weekly payroll job. Has to repeat each week on a Monday with a deadline of Friday. etc
2. Repeat cards even if the previous task is incomplete - for example: -
i, week 2 payroll task has to appear in the list even if week 1 is incomplete.
It would also be useful to be able to change the task colour based on criteria - orange in the month of deadline, red for overdue etc.
There are so many other options that we could include.
So I am looking for a Kanban or List system bespoke to accountants.
I would also be interested in selling this to other accountants in the future.
