I need a business/social networking web site developed. I already have 95% of what it would be like in my mind. I need somebody to help me complete the conceptualization of the web site and produce a requirement document. Then he/she would be responsible for managing the development work of a vendor hand picked by me.
Qualifications:
From the commercial perspective, the project manager must be a strategist, very familiar with business networking and social networking web sites and the ideas/selling points behind them. On the technical front, he/she must be very familiar with the programming languages and web coders and designers' standard work flow and best practices that ensure the construciton of a fully functional and effective web site with optimal time/cost mix, for the purpose of my idea.
