WiKi/knowledge center Confluence

We are a Digital Transformation Company looking to implement a new knowledge center/ intranet. We have trialed a very poor one, but are looking at Atlassian products as we are growing. We also are considering implementing a ticketing system and Pipe-drive CRM(which we are using currently) down the track and having these integrated into Confluence. You should be fast and familiar with how to set up Confluence pages easily. We have a basic structure we think we need for our knowledge base and intranet and we'd like you to build a few sections so we can test the program. We want a project management system and are looking to integrates with our billing processes for clients. We essentially hope that Confluence will be our central comms and knowledge share, with ticketing and a more detailed CRM being part of the environment. We also want to integrate things like: Company updates (birthdays, must-reads, process updates) Ticketing for external customers (simple client work requests) Ticketing system for internal staff (shared management of design art briefs) Trello Boards for top line strategic projects & ideas Anything else we don't know that is good for an intranet :) Your should have exceptional English and be a good communicator. Because we don't really know what we don't know, you should be able to use critical thinking and ask questions to help guide us. There may be amazing features that Confluence has that could help us utilise the system better, we just need someone who can explain things to us. If you are successful with this project, we will look to working with you ongoing work to fully build out and customise our Confluence intranet. I have had a top line play with Confluence and I would expect to test and trial what we need at a very basic level and then answer questions from there about additional functionality, should be no more than 10-12 hours of your time, so working out between $20 USD per hour for this project. We would like to complete this task before August 30, although sooner is better. :)
