I have a finished KiCad 9.0 schematic and now need it turned into a clean, two-layer PCB with mounting holes(2 mm). The board is straightforward with: One BLE MCU module(WeAct Studio CH582F) and two SMD IC's and supporting passive components and connectors. The target board size is 4mm x 6mm and I have a preferred placement idea (mainly around BLE MCU placement(antenna orientation),connector accessibility & placement) that I’ll share once we start; they’re guidelines rather than strict coordinates. No special thermal tricks are required beyond normal copper balancing. I will provide KiCad-9 schematic,project as a starting point along with placement guidance and data sheets. The focus is on a tidy, compact layout that still respects good routing practice. Deliverables: 1) Complete KiCad project files (.sch,pcb,.prj) with the PCB fully routed. 2) Production-ready Gerber set (plus drill files) generated from that same project.3) BOM Work in KiCad 9 or later and keep track of naming consistent with my schematic. Note: The Foot print for the WeAct Studio CH582F module is not complete(may have to be created), though I have vendor provided .step file. Skills Required: KiCad PCB Layout, Design,Routing.
