Public Relations/Lobbying/Government Relations

We are part of a non-profit organization of small businesses that have started the process of lobbying for an upgraded/new transport links between a regional area of NSW Australia into Sydney.
We need the services of an experienced Public Relations/Lobbying person who can assist us in high-level strategy, planning, advice, and direction.
We see this as an ongoing role - working initially in detail to map out the way forward and then at intervals as required
