created django project, cpanel document has given steps to build [login to view URL] file using scripts but could not configure. need guidance to configure django/wsgi with apache using cpanel scripts or directly.

since [login to view URL] file is locked by cpanel, unable to modify file directly for modifications. unless [login to view URL] file updated, django settings could not be completed.
