Hi I am assuming a few things. (1) This is spike2 as in data acquisition *.smr format. (2) You know that there is no resolution mismatch here correct ? ie bit width and everything else accrosss two formats is doable if you are not sure of (2) I can research it for an additional fee. <Rant> Sorry I have been burnt here at FL too many time where people make me do research then when i tell them result they chose to give it to some one else or do it themselves. </EndRant>.., My outline of the approach would be to load smr into numpy -twiddle it around and write it to edf.
