Help with Python Project

Hi, I am building a Virtual Reality system in Python using the "Panda3d" game engine. The system essentially consists of a linear corridor (created in Blender) where one needs to navigate through it. Movement of the player occurs via a feedback loop (arrow keys or external source) which moves the camera of the game. The basic system and controls are working fine however my issue is regarding the projection onto a "spehrical dome" via a "curved mirror". For this one needs to distort the projected image that is created by the VR system on the computer for every point in time. The best way to do this is to view the image (i.e. the camera views the image) through a lens (for example a fisheye lens). However, I am unable to implement the lense in Panda3d and this is where I need help. I would need you to please add a lens functionality to my already exisiting VR code such that the produced image appears disroted on the computer screen (this way it will appear normal when on the projector). Moreover, this angle at which the disortion occurs over the field of view should be "malluable" such that I can adjust it to perfectly fit my curved mirror. For this maybe it is best if we have a file (like a coordinate system/mesh) that denotes the disortion such that I can adjust it for the specific mirror. It is also important that this does not introduce any crashes/frame rate drops to the system (it shouldn't if it is implemented correctly). Here is a link to describe the problem in more detail and this contains a lot of the potential math: [login to view URL] + [login to view URL] Here is a link to the Panda3d fisheye documentation that I am unable to implement: [login to view URL] + [login to view URL] Is it possible to email you my source code later today? I have the arrow key version (that you would need) at home. Apologies for this, I understand that this might delay the delivery of the problem which is absolutely no problem for me. For now it would be great if you could let me know if this will be possible for you and I will send the source code as soon as possible. Please let me know if there are any more questions or information that is required Thank you for the help! Best, Edgar
