Looking for a Python Script to create new image

There are 3 folders: one named as 01, it has some PNG images, which with transparent area(s), in this folder; one named as 02, it has some images in this folder; one named as 03. There is an Excel file named as [login to view URL] We are looking for a Python Script to do the following Task: For every row in the Excel file and for 1, 2, 3, …, N, N is a number Random choose an image from folder 02, and record it to the Excel file, then create 2 new images using the image from folder 01 (file name is recorded in the second column of the excel file) and the image from the folder and save these 2 new images(the pixel should be 1200*1200) to folder 03 For Example: For the second row in the Excel File and for the number 1: A． The PNG file name from folder 01 is [login to view URL] B． If we randomly choose an image from folder 02 which named [login to view URL], then record this image name to C2 in the excel file C． using the image [login to view URL] and the image [login to view URL] to create 2 new images named [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], and save these 2 new images to folder 03 How to name the 2 new images: For every row in the excel file, the first part of the newly created images is from column A, the second part is from the first row Requirements: You should send us the original source code(unencrypted code, in other words, we can check and modify all the codes)
