need a python script ASAP..

Hi, I need a python script to convert html files having only text into .sql with required schema. I will attach Html files to test. Sample output sql file (one with less entry and other with large entry) I will place the script into a folder having subfolders that is having html files. Script should look each subfolder for html files. Script should insert first 50 charecters of html file to servicetitle it should only have alpha-numeric charecters rest whole content of the html file should go to the servicetext id should start from 1 and keep increasing. Once a html file is inserted then it should delete the respective html file. Thank You.
