Open Source or Azure based Machine learning solution

Looking for a open source solution to import data, analyze data and publish sentiments in dashboards format. I need to analyze a lot of data, 1. extract Product names and their comments sentiments. 2. extract company names and their related products, and product wise sentiment view 1. Create one API in Azure to receive requests for search queries 2. Execute keyword search via google and MS bing api (we might fine tune to some specific site ) as per the nature if keyword(product vs company vs person) 3. Scrap the top 50 results of the result irrecpective of nature of site (force it) 4. Store the data (with date stamp of extract) 5. Process data per ML to extract intents, and related sentiments and create a MySQL table on Azurre) 6. Enable an API to fetch this sentiment back to some portal or app As part of the job, detailed LLD documentation is needed for ML and API structure
