Minix srl is developing cumputer vision solutions. It has alreday a numeber of Deeplearning trained algoritms enabling off-line/asichronous video analysis.
We are now moving to real time video capturing+ analysis.
Here are the main specs:
> a django based webapp that let view webcam streaming video-audio in a img tag in an existing web html page.
> all the streaming process must be managed using opencv python library (VideoCapture(0) just to be clear)
> the videostreming should be as a background video.
> the webpage must present one button for starting recording and one button for stopping recording.
> the video file recorded must be saved in the webapp server folder
and should be passed also remotely to an external server, to be processed by another django web app.
> you can simulate the external webapp creating a snippet django code rest api upload function.
> it would be a plus if the web html page where videostream appear and be managed is coded using django and Vuejs
>the web app should be scalable in the meaning of the possibility to integrate also other opencv functions, like face and object recognition.
>so all the function must to be method of class objects.
>the tech environment system:

Dear Client. I wish you are doing well. Django and OpenCV(PyCV) expert is here. I have never combine Django and PyCV in one project but did seperately. Your project requirements impact me a lot. Thanks in advance.
Hi I am a django and OpenCV expert. I have created many projects using both of these. I am confident that i will do it. I have read all the details and sure that I will do it. Thanks Shreyansh Jain
I have worked with django on separate occasions and I also have developped a working desktop solution using opencv that recognizes faces from live video feed. The integration parts should not take long.
