python script to add telegram members into channel

I have python scraper, able to scrape member list from groups, but I want to add these member into my channel. I need a python script to do that. contact me if u can finish this and the economic price u will to accept. tg: toFeel_or_toObserve
note: I need to be able to add my user list into channle (not into group), and can pass over 200 ppl limit.
I try to use 10 account adding 20ppl each, but when it goes to 199 subscriber, I got error , and cannot go further.
I am using python (with telethon), with the code: InviteToChannelRequest
Let me know if you are able to add ppl into channel and goes beyond 200ppl channel limit. (I am seeing there is service able to add 10 k into channel, so there must be ways)
