Show me what's wrong with tkinter scrollbar in my application

I"m making an application that renames files. I've made most of the GUI in PAGE but some of it needs to be generated dynamically. I need the frame that the filenames go into to be scroll-able but I can't figure it out. The problem is likely in between lines 45-55 in the [login to view URL] file or 129-151 in bones.py. I've never used scrollbar in tkinter and just need to be shown how it would work in my case. I'll attach the folder for my python app.
