Small feature creating job from racing data - Python

I am looking for a experienced Python and ML/Feature expert for this small job, if you have an understanding of racing competitions even better. Must be able to produce the features within 24h of being awarded the job. There are two datafiles, a result and a competitor history file. All of the result file should be in a new df, with some of the values calculated from the competitor history file. After a few clean ups of the data the main task is to create features primarily from the competitor df but also from the results df. Calculations would something like CalcWins: The sum of all Wins for this competitor. Or “Count the times the word “Mkt” is in the previous historic competitions race comments for example. You have to adjust so that the script only looks at previous races (ie not looking into “the future”). There are a total of 43 features to be made. This should be 1-3 hours inc debugging for an experienced Python coder, but since I would like it in 24 hours I would be willing to pay for a few more hours.
