Hi All...new to the group. Have an opportunity. Independent freelancers only and U.S. based highly preferred. We are looking for a skilled full stack web developer who is well-versed in Wordpress, React and Laravel. The ideal candidate has experience in building web applications from scratch. The position also requires some server maintenance and bug fixes for a Wordpress site. We use git to version our code and a variety of tools to track project status. The application is hosted in AWS and Godaddy. The selected candidate will gain experience in working as part of a team based in New York, so it is important for the candidate to be flexible in terms of working hours. The position requires time commitment of 20+ hours per week. Individual freelancers only, please. No agencies. This position is for someone who would like to become a fully on-boarded team member. Full documentation of project creation and details required for finished product and final payment. Recent college graduates are highly encouraged to apply. When applying, please describe in detail a web application you have built, challenges that you have faced during the project, and the steps you have taken to address the challenge. Links to websites without any explanation will be ignored. High quality code samples with documentation on Github/Gitlab are highly appreciated. Please also include one thing you like the most and dislike the most about both React and Laravel. There will be 2-3 rounds of interviews to select the candidate.
