I Need my Logo making into a 3D object for use on end of video..

must be 1920x1080

10 seconds in time.

I need it doing in 5 colours. please see attached logo

also then i need a 5 second bumper to show at the end of videos, the logo should be animated.

please see attached 2 videos one of the logo basically animated and then 2nd something similar to what i like..
