3d renderings, high quality, photorealistic. Ongoing work

Dear Freelancer I am looking for more freelancers to work for me in producing 3d exterior and interior renderings. I have a volume of 300 to 500 renderings a year. One freelancer can plan on doing everything from 30 to 100. What is important for me is that you are able to deliver high quality, photorealistic renderings. And yes, most freelancers bid and say they can do it. But the quality delivered is far from good enough. Details are very very important. The smallest detail matters, thats where the difference in quality is. As well as in correct light, and realistic textures. I have in a dropbox link attached some 3d renderings that are the quality I require. Unless you can do that, please do not bid. Check here carefully: [login to view URL] So to the first project: I am going to need 3 exterior renderings, two ground view and one birds eye view. And 4 interior. Living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. However I will after I award you, put up the milestone for only first rendering. So we will complete the first one 100%, then we will start the rest. Because I have to see that you can deliver the quality I need before its an option to move forward. (unfortunately based on experience from freelancers saying they can do it but they cant.) As soon as the first one is approved we will release that milestone and set up for the rest of the projects. Attached are the plan, with a red arrow, showing the first angle to produce. Attached are also some low quality renders that shows the project. Provided by the architect. I of course make MUCH better quality, ref the links above. So dont mistake that for something that is ok quality. (Discard the white arrow on the render that is irrelevant) Please make sure you read this entire brief, and check the quality needed before posting. The price you put in your bid is final, I do to negotiate price after you made your bid. I find that unprofessional. You have enough information here to give me an accurate price. PS! Price the entire project, not just the first rendering.
