Le projet consiste en transformer une maison habitée en bureau de conseil pour un cabinet de conseil en recrutement. Le logo est ci joint. Il s'agit de faire un rendu en 3D.
Il faut :
A. FAire les plans à partir des photos ci jointe uniquement.
B. Amenager les bureaux (amenagement interieur et exterieur) avec :
- 1 local d'accueil contenant un salon (fauteuil et canapé) + 2 espaces de travail (2 bureaux l'un en face de l'autre, en open space).
- 1 salle de reunion
- Transformer 3 chambres en bureaux.
- VAloriser la terrasse.
C. Amenager l'exterieur en proposant de repeindre le portail, repeindre la facade, amenager le jardin avec un parking 5 places.
The project consists of transforming an inhabited house into a consulting office for a recruitment consulting firm. The logo is attached. The goal is to create a 3D rendering.
The tasks include:
A. Creating the plans based on the attached photos only.
B. Designing the office spaces (interior) with the following specifications:
- 1 reception area containing a lounge area (armchair and sofa) + 2 workspaces (2 desks facing each other in an open space layout).
- 1 meeting room.
- Transforming 3 bedrooms into 3 individual offices.
- Suggest a nice terrace.
C. Designing the exterior by suggesting repainting the gate, repainting the facade, and arranging the garden with a 5-space parking lot.
