We would like to hire a 3D Rendering / Architecture Expert

What we are searching: one or more experts in 3D Rendering, specialized in Architecture. Our customer wants to build a rental place for luxury tourism out of 7 cabins, a restaurant (saloon), a church and a lodge out in the wild. Our customer prefers to have this build in shape of a Western Town. Additional small buildings (10 feet x 10 feet) and old western equipment should give the town the needed western flair. It's important, that all buildings do not look to cheap or rotten because he wants to build a place for high luxury tourism. Some important details: the western town should be designed on the provided map or any rendered map similiar to the drone view. Additional images show how the city could be build- but keep in mind, that this are just some early ideas that might be bad compositions. Regarding, that the place should be build for high luxury tourism people, the whole place must be nice and clean- but still in the theme of a western town. All buildings have to be different, while the 7 cabins should be big enough to host 2 to 6 people. At the very var end of the illustrated pictures, you could see a small cabin. This cabin is already built and should show up in the end results. The rendered scene will be used to talk to an architect and companies that will plan and build that place. The result should be rendered images as also a movie that shows the whole scene. Of course, the source files will be send also.
