The purpose of this research is to identify and examine the factors (in terms of training, communication and the perceptions of end-users), Which have an impact on change management during the implementation of eservices in the Ministry of Manpower and in order to facilitate the operationalization of the system.
In order to achieve this, the research intends to:
- Define the characteristics and components of the e-services ;
- Identify change management agents that have an impact on
Implementation of e- services in the Ministry of Manpower;
- Establish the skills required to operationalize the system.
- Establish end – user perception on the impact of change management.
