In need of an experienced Operations Coordinator to help with the daily operation of a virtual/online based nutrition and wellness company. This individual should be able to handle client questions, product/services support, and also and also understand each service and program offered by the company.
You will also manage the Founders calender of meetings, appointments, interviews, etc.. Ither tasks will be writing, transcribing, possible social media/group management, & website membership portal management.
Its a bonus if you have a background in nutrition and wellness!
You should be highly organized, sensitive to individuals who are trying to lose weight, a team player, friendly, flexible, hardworking, positive, able to research the unknown, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
It is required that you speak, read, and write in English. You must have 24hr access to a computer and the internet. The company is located in the United States. Although, you don’t have to live in the US, you must be able to work EST hours.
Upon being hired, you will be required to go through an orientation and training online to learn about the companies history and services/programs. It will be required to have weekly phone chats to go over upcoming tasks, new information, and work responsibilities.
