Hello, Myself and a colleague are looking to create a tourism/travel based business initially based in the Subic Bay region of the Philippines. However, as we both live abroad (Brunei & UK), we need someone on the ground to find out some information for us. Initially we require a list of permits that are required, along with the application processes for each permit (scanned and e-mailed application forms would be great), the processing time, and the costs associated with that. The more information you can find for us, the better. We expect that this will take several physical trips to municipal buildings, therefore the successful applicant MUST be based in the Philippines, preferably Subic Bay. If we're happy with the information you provide, we may be calling on you for additional work.

Hi, there. I just finished a similar project in which I was asked to conduct a research to 6 countries including Philippines as the client plans to establish an IT firm and is looking for the country that would best fit his business objectives. That includes the process of securing permits etc. I am available anytime for this project. The only downside is that I am not residing or lives near Subic Bay.
