I'm native Arabic speaking lady, with a solid experience in hospitality and customer service I think my skills and knowledge are perfectly matching the job requirements. I have been working in well known hotels for about 10 years my career stands on 2 main pillars the customer support which I have started in it from the very beginning as a receiving hostess to the manager of a very busy contact and call center department in Marriott hotel and administrative skills which helped me in being the first channel of communication between the senior level management and the clients and staff. I used to managed the day to day duties, handling very busy executive agendas for my bosses, arrange travel needs, and many more.
For about many years I have worked virtually to help people from different countries on many business models, which gave me the chance to learn new things and techniques and I am very happy with it.
