Comprehensive Revit Architectural Modeling

I’m looking for a seasoned Revit professional to take charge of a full architectural model that includes the building layout, complete interior detailing, and an articulated façade. The brief covers everything from setting up the project file and families to producing a coordinated model ready for presentation drawings and basic schedules. To succeed, you should be fully fluent in Revit’s architectural tool-set, comfortable handling multi-storey layouts, room data, finishes, and exterior articulation without needing step-by-step guidance. Clean worksets, logical naming conventions, and native Revit components (no imported CAD geometry unless agreed) are essential. Deliverables • An editable Revit 2023 (or later) central file with all links and families properly bound • Sheet set with plans, sections, elevations, and key 3D views ready for plotting • PDF export of those sheets for quick review • Brief written summary of any custom families or parametric components created I’ll review progress at agreed milestones inside a shared BIM 360 or Dropbox folder, provide design feedback, and sign off once the model opens error-free, purges without data loss, and matches the agreed scope.
