Residential Interior Design Refresh

I’m giving my home a complete makeover and need a solid, professional design plan for three key areas: the living room, kitchen, and main bedroom. The property is fully residential, so every choice must feel comfortable, functional, and welcoming for day-to-day life. Here’s what I expect from the collaboration: • Concept boards or mood boards that tie the three rooms together while still letting each space show its own personality. • Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts in CAD, SketchUp, Revit, or a similar tool so measurements are crystal-clear. • Photorealistic 3D renders (Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or comparable) to help me visualise how everything comes together before anything is purchased. • A concise shopping list with key furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor selections—including links or product codes—so I can order confidently. • Colour palette, material, and finish schedule for walls, floors, cabinetry, and soft furnishings. Acceptance criteria 1. All drawings must be to scale and delivered in both editable source format and PDF. 2. Renders should clearly show day and evening lighting scenarios. 3. The shopping list must include at least two alternative items per major piece (so I have flexibility with stock and pricing). 4. Final files are organised by room in well-named folders for easy reference. I’m open to any style direction—modern, traditional, eclectic—so feel free to suggest what you believe suits the spaces best once you see the existing layout and my lifestyle brief.
