I need a developer for 20 hours to do some things on out existing web app which is working on ruby on rails. It is connected to postgres, and running on an ubuntu machine.
I need a developer that has experience with this programming code, DB, and OS.
I am the head manager for the developer team. If you do not know the three things i mentioned please do not apply. I will test you via teamviewer and skype voice to make sure you have the knowledge.
I am not here to teach, i am looking for someone with experience.

Project requirement # 1 - you must have skype and be able to talk with good audio quality. I am a web development project manager for more than 15 years, and I am accustomed to working with 100's of programmers with various accents from all over the world. The biggest lesson i have learned is that if you can not speak with the person you are going to work with, you better find someone else. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU CAN NOT SPEAK USING YOUR VOICE. Unless you are mute :) in which case i am sorry, I don't work with mute people for now.

- Review hours - must be available USA, California time for review via skype VOICE 9am to 5pm California time.
- Must have a stable, fast internet / power
- Must have a cell phone for emergency
