Telemarketing - Customer Relations

Our company has local sales partners throughout the United States. Your job will be to partner with one of these sales professionals to help them generate new business in the payment processing industry. *We are looking for individual bidders only, CALL CENTERS DO NOT BID. Our company offers a wide variety of services in the United States including Point of Sale Systems, Web Design, Online Marketing and more. This project is a trial project for independent, self motivated individuals who would like to prove their usefulness and ability in order to gain a full time contractor relationship with a steady flow of telemarketing and customer relationship projects. The initial project includes the following process and milestones. #1 - You will be given access to a shared CRM database workspace with yourself, one of our sales partners and a manager. #2 - We will load 100 small, independently owned businesses into the database in the geographic area where we have a sales partner. Milestone 1 - Once you call through the entire list 1 time and notate each account in the comments section with the result of each call you have completed milestone 1. Milestone 2 - Once you schedule at least one appointment for our sales partner, the sales partner will follow through on the appointment and if the business owner is available and expecting our sales partner to arrive due to your call, you have completed milestone 2. Milestone 3 - Once you have made contact with 30 of the 100 businesses and notated this in the comments section of our database, you have completed milestone 3 and the project is complete. #3 - After you complete Milestone 3, we will have a follow up interview to review your results and discuss another, much larger project with our company where you will continue calling for our sales partners. At this time, you will be added to one of our teams as a "Relationship Manager" and you will work with several sales partners to help them generate new appointments and follow up via phone with their prospects. You will receive compensation for your time as well as commission when your team makes a sale. We also offer profit sharing once you have proven your ability so that you can share in the ownership of the business you are helping to create. Requirements: 1 - Must speak near perfect US English. 2 - Must have the equipment / ability to make professional phone calls to the United States / willing to work US Hours. 3 - Must complete a preliminary 10 minute phone interview using the same equipment that you will be using to call businesses on our behalf. 4 - Must be an independent individual. We are not looking to partner with call centers, our goal is to partner with and serve independent individuals. Our sales partners are all independent and we want to keep our culture in tact as we expand our telemarketing activities abroad. 5 - Must be self motivated, able to set and keep a schedule for yourself and able to work with and update a simple CRM Database. 6 - Must provide at least one reference, either through Freelancer.com or by providing us an email or skype ID for a company or person you have worked with in the sales or telemarketing industry that will verify your communication skills and integrity. The work required is calling through a list of 100 numbers twice so if you reach 20% of these the first time through, this means you will make a total of 180 phone calls in order to complete this project, we estimate this project will take no more than 10 hours of time and we are not looking to pay more than $75.00 for this initial test project.
