Area Sales manager

JV Protus Life Care ( ISO 13485 certified company) , a leading supplier of medical & surgical disposable products for over 15 years, serving major hospitals across Delhi NCR JV Protus Life Care is a growing name in the Delhi NCR healthcare sector. After successfully establishing our presence in Delhi, we are now aggressively expanding into Noida, Greater Noida, Haryana and other parts of the country . We are looking for a high-energy "Hustler" who wants to grow with a company and lead our expansion in these new territories. The Role This isn't a desk job. You will be the face of JV Protus Life Care on the ground. Your primary goal is to open doors at hospitals, clinics, and with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: * Market Entry: Conduct intensive cold calling and physical visits to hospitals and nursing homes. * Hospital Network Management: Maintain and expand relationships with Purchase Managers, In-charges, and CSSD heads in major hospitals. * Lead Generation: Identify key decision-makers (Doctors, Purchase Managers, and Hospital Admins) and build long-term relationships.
 * Product Demo: Effectively present our product portfolio and value proposition to medical professionals.
 * Sales Conversion: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from the first cold call to closing the deal and ensuring product delivery.
 * Reporting: Maintain a daily "Beat Plan" and update management on new leads and competitor activity. * Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute monthly sales plans to meet revenue targets for both finished products (Swabs) and semi-finished products (Gauze Thans). * Distributor Management: Supervise local distributors and stockists in areas like Okhla, etc * Payment Collection: Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, including the timely collection of outstanding payments from hospital accounts. What We Are Looking For * Experience: at least 2 years of experience in in Medical Disposable/Consumable sales. Previous experience in Wound Care or Surgical Dressings is a huge plus. ( Freshers with a can do attitude are welcome to apply ) * Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Delhi NCR geography and existing rapport with key hospital decision-makers. * * Product Expertise: Ability to explain the technical quality of your products (e.g., GSM of gauze, absorbency levels, and sterilization compatibility).
 * Communication: Fluent in Hindi and functional English. You should be able to hold a confident conversation with a Senior Doctor.
 * Mindset: A self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision and thrives on hitting targets.
