This role involves cold calling business leads. As with any outbound sales role, some numbers may be outdated, some businesses won't be interested, and some conversations will end quickly. Success comes from consistently creating opportunities, building rapport, and following a proven process. We believe great sales representatives create opportunities—not just immediate sales. Whether you close the customer during the call, generate an excellent follow-up opportunity, or provide detailed notes that help our team close later, your work continues to generate value and can continue earning you commissions. There is no cap on your commission earnings. ------------------------------------------------------------ Our Sales Philosophy We are not looking for someone simply making volume calls to cross names off a list. We want someone who takes ownership of every opportunity. Our goal is to create meaningful conversations, gather information, identify opportunities, and move prospects toward the next step. Ideally, that means earning the customer's approval during the call. When that isn't possible, success comes from creating a strong follow-up opportunity—whether through a scheduled callback, gathering valuable information, or leaving detailed notes that help our team continue the conversation. The better you manage each opportunity, the greater your long-term earning potential. ------------------------------------------------------------ What Counts As A Meaningful Call A call is considered meaningful when a genuine attempt has been made to engage the business and clear notes have been recorded. Examples include: • Speaking with reception or staff. • Attempting to reach the owner. • Leaving an appropriate voicemail when applicable. • Recording detailed notes that help future follow-up.
