I'm Bianca Amor Remiter. I have over 4 years experience providing customer support in busy call center environments for Telco and Financial account. I worked as an Account Senior Specialist in IBM Inc (Sprint Account). I handle and resolve customer complaints, giving information regarding the client's plan, bills, help customers in troubleshooting of their gadgets, processing orders, document all calls made, doing up-selling. Our responsibility is to determine whether the issue is related to their internet or not, as a sales consultant it is our aim to provide suit for their computer issues. I have also experience in selling, promoting and advertising products. I started out doing customer service for large companies, answering queries and providing detail about customers account. I transitioned from corporate employee to being a to home-based employee which is giving me more time for my kids and myself. My English major has given me the necessary writing skills and helped me broaden my outlook. I'm a fast learner and I can get the work done when it's required. I'm a highly organized and detail-oriented person who can effectively manage work independently, communicate very well and has strong computer/internet knowledge.
