Your core mission is straightforward: own direct sales from first touch through close, establishing the repeatable process that will fuel our early growth. Because the company’s focus is firmly on sales and marketing, you will work beside me in shaping messaging, refining the pitch, and deciding which sectors of the SME market to prioritise first. Day-to-day, expect to: • Prospect and qualify SME leads that regularly bid for government work • Run product demos, address procurement-specific objections, and shepherd deals through signature • Capture feedback that informs both our roadmap and our go-to-market experiments Success looks like a validated, data-backed sales playbook and an initial stream of paying SME customers.
