Your background tells me you’ve driven most of your wins through ECOMMERCE, yet you understand what it takes to penetrate brick-and-mortar chains—even if that means hiring an external promotions agency and letting word-of-mouth do its work on the shop floor. That mix of hustle and creative activation is exactly what I need for outlets such as Reliance Smart, D-Mart, More, Nature’s Basket and leading local supermarkets, alongside general trade where it makes sense. Scope – Pitch and close listings with modern trade buyers, supply-chain teams and independent retailers. – Negotiate margins, visibility agreements and introductory promotions that still protect contribution per jar. – Coordinate or contract in-store activations and sampling campaigns, leveraging agencies where you’ve succeeded before. – Track sell-in versus sell-out, manage replenishment and report weekly so we can scale production proactively. Acceptance criteria 1. Signed listing contracts covering at least three national or regional chains in the first quarter. 2. Minimum sell-through of 70% of launch stock in each new store within 45 days of arrival. 3. Clear evidence of promotional ROI (uplift vs. control stores) documented in fortnightly reports. All regulatory and quality assets—FSSAI licence, FSMS certifications, lab reports—are ready for buyer decks, and our packing lines can ramp up on short notice.
