I need field sales executive

we are looking for Sales Executives for our newly launched Milk brand. He/she will be responsible for d2d (door to door) marketing to book sales orders. Job profile You have to arrange permissions from Society Chairman to organize 2to3 days sales activity at their society. After getting permission, 1st day you have to visit all households or flats and will try to book the sales order for monthly milk delivery service (prepaid/postpaid). You have to convince the consumer, at least to book the order for our free milk sampe for quality checking purpose. Next day our delivery boy will supply the ordered milk samples to all of them. 3rd day again you have to visit that society for taking feedback and booking final order from the consumer, who satisfied from our product quality. We have a an office cum customer connect center at Bakori road, Wagholi, Pune, your seating arrangements will be there and sales & marketing will be perform within 10 kms radius of wagholi office, in initial stage i.e Bakori Fata, Wagholi, Kesanand Fata, Kharadi, Chandan Nagar etc. Later on we will start other areas too like Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Hadapsar etc. It's just brief of your main job profile. Salary will be based on performance, as orders will increase, more you will earn. Salary range starting from 12k per month. You have to maintain your own vehicle & smartphone.
