Salesman high commission per sale

I would be perfect for this job! I have been in sales for over 20 years and I train salespeople how to sell on the phone. I also used to own a lead generation business where I got leads and appointments on the phone and sold the leads to salespeople. I would love to work on this but I do not work on straight commission because there are a million things I could do myself online without guaranteed pay that I would get all the money for . If you can be flexible and pay some guaranteed pay as low as 20 per hour plus commission I would consider it. I guarantee you I could get atleast twice as many sales than anybody you pay all coommmission and you can try me out for a week or two to find out for yourself.

I have 5 years in sales. I was a retail sales manager. In this role I held sales meetings and had to customize sales training to tailor fit individuals and/or locations. I also was a sales executive for 5 radio stations. I wrote commercials and job ads for an array of businesses. I had to write ads for diverse audiences. From hip-hop stations to Spanish, to Country, to oldies and Rock. I'm well versatile in my communication and writing skills. Creating leads is a crucial part of sales if its not retail. Follow ups and strong people skills is something that requires self motivation and a natural ability to genuinely speak with people and this is something that can not be taught.
